Reprobate Refuge Reduced to Rubble

Just this past Friday, January 26th, a historic building in what's known as Deep South in St. Louis City partially collapsed. Thankfully, none of the homeless people who usually frequent this residence were found to have been present when the incident took place, according to Fire Dept. Capt. Mosby. Neighbouring houses lost power for several hours, as mentioned in a report by Fox local news. City records don't list the year the building was erected, but property claims go back as far as 1974, a deal being brokered between two parties—one of which was Roosevelt Realty Corp. This seems telling as the name of the building is Roosevelt Apt. Nevertheless, several news entities that have reported on this dilapidated structure point to it being around since the early 1900s.
Where will the homeless go now?
